Sirona's travels through the new territories takes her to interesting and new areas, much of which lay seemingly lay untouched. Along her walk, she has sighted all but a lonely bird that roosted in a tree overhead. The longer she walks, the colder it becomes and the stranger the terrain grows. She is unaccustomed to such changing scenery - back home, there had only been desert for miles and miles. Here, it went from the ocean, to forest and now, the Tundra. Which.. surprise surprise, lay uninhabited. This was both reassuring and alarming for Sirona who had long grown accustomed to company and craved social interaction. She couldn't remember the last time she had uttered a word to anyone but herself. Come to think of it, she wouldn't be all too surprised if she'd lost her voice altogether.
Snow still remains on the Tundra, remnants of winter lingering in the colder terrain, a small chill settling on her extremities as the white figurine picks her way through unknown territory. She pauses only when she reaches a small clearing, the sight of a small nook behind a fallen tree rather taking her liking. The sun was beginning to set and Sirona knew that she'd have to find somewhere safe to rest her head. With little to no sign of life, she figured that there would be no harm in settling here for the time being, the Tundra's very own squatter. Giving a small stretch of her limbs, the figurine settles into her cosy little nook, content for the time being but still wary.

gargantuan frame traverses the snow without care, paws giving out obnoxiously loud crunches with every step. he fears no one so it goes without saying that he would take no precautions in guarding himself. well maintained muscle flinches in his legs as he finds himself drawn nearer and nearer to the scent of another, most particularly a lioness. with the sun quickly meeting the horizon and if he wants to gaze upon her, he will have to hurry. the man paces himself to a slow trot, paws no longer crunching as the lion finds himself in a smaller clearing separated from the rest of it. he inhales softly, the smell of her lingering fresh. icy blue orbs scan the air hungrily, ever curious about the woman around here. he almost misses her, walking past the tree without noticing her at first. after all, her coat allowed her to blend in rather beautifully to the snow around them. the vandal rogue pivots to look in a different direction, just barely catching sight of the dapples across her pelt. " how clever of you. " a simple muse, tone entirely condescending in manner as he gazes upon her resting form.

She contemplates her journey while she lets her body relax, chin gently resting atop a paw as dark orange eyes focus on the barren Tundra that lay before her. Though her body now rests, her mind is rampant with many of her concerns. So consumed by her own thoughts, Sirona fails to hear the warning signs of approaching company, head lifting only as she spies a long shadow cast across the ground right before her. The fur on the back of her neck rises, ears flickering as the white figurine lifts her head, uncertain if she should flee or fight. She knows so little of the lands and the individuals that inhabit it - she could very much be under threat. With her heart pounding in the cavity of her chest, Sirona is somewhat relieved when out pops a lion, perhaps spotting her resting form after a small delay. Indeed, she was well concealed against the white background of the Tundra. He makes a wry comment about her intelligence and a grey eyebrow rises in reply, lithe figurine stretching and coming to rise to sit on her haunches. "Thank you, I get that all the time," Sirona reponds, taking his condescendence into her stride, "I would invite you in but I'm not sure you would fit." Gaze pointedly sweeps over all of the stranger that stood before her, noting that he was quite large - Sirona can only hope that her cheek is well received. Faustus

he does not expect to be met with equal matched wit. the composure of his face contains most of his feelings of surprise, the slightest of brow raises the only thing to be noticeable. lips press together carefully before he proceeds, diverting from his first intentions to strike up an informational conversation; maybe for the benefit of them both. " why a barren snow filled land of all places? " silver icy gaze settles upon her orange ones, face unwavering. maybe she would humor the rogue man before her, and if she didn't, well, it didn't matter. the vandal man would move on to the next face he stumbled upon and harass them as well.

"Thank you, I get that all the time," Sirona responds, taking his condescendence into her stride, "Why not?" she interjects at his question, indignant and carefree all the same. Sirona eases to sit on her lithe haunches, giving a small shrug of her shoulders: "It reminds me of home." The barren desert, the light capping of snow here and there - it gave Sirona a false sense of belonging if anything. Tail taps pensively behind her as she studies the unnamed gentleman, wondering if had wandered over to her to simply be intrusive. "And why do you find yourself here?" Did he also feel as homesick as she did? For some reason, Sirona highly doubted it. Faustus
