Markings on Solui

On Solui, we have quite a few different species of lion to roleplay as. Most of these are restricted behind the RNG systems of generated characters, so it's encouraged you use that system if you're seeking unusual traits! Here is a general run-down on the characteristics of our lion species.

Marking: Eye Circles Description: Dark or light circles that encompass the whole eye, to the brow. (Eye Circles)	Marking: Brow Dots Description: Two large dark or light dots on the brow above the eyes. (Brow Dots)	Marking: Mask Description: Dark or light mask that covers the cheeks and between the eyes. (Mask)
Marking: Half-Mask Description: Dark or light mask that covers the lower half of the cheek and halfway up the nose bridge. (Half-Mask)	Marking: Socks Description: Dark or light gradient/hard-edge marks that go no further than mid-leg. (Socks)	Marking: Stockings Description: Dark or light gradient or hard-edge marks that go to the very top of the leg. (Stockings)
Marking: Dark Paws Description: Dark toes, no further than the ankle. (Dark Paws)	Marking: Dark Ears Description: Entirety or backs of the ear a darker colour. (Dark Ears)	Marking: Light Ears Description: Entirety or backs of the ear a lighter colour. (Light Ears)
Marking: Nose Blaze Description: Light or dark mark on the nose bridge, no further than between the eyes. (Nose Blaze)	Marking: Chin Description: Light or dark mark covering the chin. (Chin)	Marking: Tail Description: Light or dark mark covering at minimum half the tail. (Tail)
Marking: Heterochromia Description: Dual-coloured eyes. Either full or partial. (Heterochromia)	Marking: Chest Patch Description: A patch of differently-coloured fur on the chest. Marking: Dorsal Stripe Description: A light or dark stripe along the very middle of the back from the end of the neck to the base of the tail. Marking: Crown Description: Top half of the head and partially back of neck a different colour. Marking: Cub Spots Description: Slightly lighter or darker spotted on the belly and legs. (Cub Spots)	Marking: Seal Patches Description: Small patches across the body following the direction of fur. (Seal Patches)	Marking: Piebald Description: Majority of white body with patches of markings and base fur colour coming through. (Piebald)
Marking: Face Spots Description: Any spots on the head. (Face Spots)	Marking: Flecking Description: Lighter dotting over the entire body, following the fur direction. (Flecking)	Marking: Mottling Description: Mingling shades of colour over the entire body. (Mottling)
Marking: Overcoat Description: The entire top half of the body in a different colour. Head/neck/back. (Overcoat)	Marking: Undercoat Description: The entire underside a different colour, including face, neck, belly, legs. (Undercoat)	Marking: Lacing Description: Interlacing lines on the back. (Lacing)
Marking: Dappling Description: Soft Dapples over the entire top of the body. (Dappling)	Marking: Brindling Description: Mixed streaks of colour over the body. (Brindling)	Marking: Saddle Description: Large mark that goes over the shoulders, back and sometimes hips. (Saddle)

Marking: Sabino Description: Patches of albino fur, speckled over the body. (Sabino)	Marking: Roan Description: Lighter torso colour fading to the base pelt colour on the limbs, head and tail. (Roan)	Marking: Appaloosa Description: Mostly white with spots showing the pelt colour beneath. (Appaloosa)
Marking: Rorshach Description: Large patches of solid black over the pelt. (Rorshach)	Marking: Merle Description: Patches of mottled, slightly-varying colour over the body. (Merle)	Marking: Siamese Description: Dark points on face, legs, tail and ears. (Siamese)
Marking: Tortoiseshell Description: Patches of melanistic fur, speckled over the body. (Tortoiseshell)	Marking: Calico Description: Layered solid, large patches of black and white colour over the face, neck, and torso. (Calico)	Marking: Tabby Description: Global, thick stripring with large swirling patterns. (Tabby)
